Biography

Cindy Lentol is a versatile film/TV actress and model whose career kicked off in her early 20”s and has since spanned everything from film and television to commercials, voiceover work and print campaigns. Known for her emotional range and down-to-earth presence, she brings depth, honesty and professionalism to each role.

Her film work includes roles in A Cape Cod Christmas, Black Friday, Crookedfinger, The Company Men, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, The Game Plan, Crooked Arrows, and The Congressman. She’s also appeared in several award-winning short films, including The Actress, The Cottage, Raymond, East of Hollywood, Contrition, Coming Out (Cannes), and Well-Founded Concerns.

On the small screen, Lentol was recently featured in the Season 26 premiere of Law & Order: SVU (as Mary McKenzie in “Tunnel Blind”) and has appeared in Body of Proof (as Wendy in (S1,Eps 4 “.Talking Heads”), NBC’s Providence, and Lifetime’s Sexting in Suburbia.

Most recently, she’s been diving into live theatre, preparing for a new stage production of A Nightmare with Casey Sherman at Boston’s historic Wilbur Theatre.

Lentol is trained in Meisner, Chekhov technique, improv and voiceover for both animation and commercial work. She's also deeply committed to staying sharp and growing as an artist—whether she's regularly working with advanced directing students at Boston University, taking private coaching or jumping into online and in-person classes to keep her skills fresh and inspired.

When she’s not acting, she loves working out, playing pickleball, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She’s also passionate about children’s literacy and giving back to the community and regularly visits schools and libraries with her certified therapy dog, Tank, a gentle 115lb Bernese Mountain Dog.
